Alien (BUGFIX 1.7): Routine at 33600

Resets the ROM-traversal script pointer to its starting address. Reads the low word of the ZX system variable FRAMES from 23672 ($5C78, the 50 Hz frame counter stepped by the ROM's interrupt handler — this is what makes each run's script time-dependent), calls the address-masking helper at 45290 to fold it into ROM range (e.g. $9041 → $1041), and stores the result at 31265.

Used by the routines at 36457 and 45222.
