Draw B characters from DE at the current draw pointer — one DrawSpriteRow glyph per character, advancing one column each time. The workhorse text printer for the menu/intro/endgame screens.

Used by the routines at 32536, 42581, 43242, 43610, 44125, 44339, 44354, 44428, 44452, 44524, 44591 and 44815.
